Pros:

It cleans things you might not think of, or would have trouble with. It always finds many, many megabytes of junk. I use it to remove those traces of programs that cannot be cleaned from Windows' "Add or Remove Programs" list. Even though I have other controls on cookies, it always finds some tracking cookies I don't like.

Cons:

The Registry tool's conservatism gives me concern, because it always pauses several times to see if I want a backup, or if I really want to proceed. I seldom do the backup, and I am not selective about which Registry problems to fix, and I have not had any problems, but I don't know how great the risks are.

Pros:

Works well. I notice a big difference from the start. Programs that took a while to start up now start much faster. It free up a lot of disks space as well from unwanted or unused temp files.

Cons:

It erased a lot of my recently files so I had to go back to the folders to get them but I am not really complaining about that. I am not sure if there are settings to avoid this - there might be. It is not that big of a deal to be honest. Just be aware.

I would recommend this software to everyone who needs it and donate if you can to keep free software like these coming.

It's fast, and on my system, it found lots of things that Easy Cleaner missed.

Cons:

None that I'm aware of - then again, I haven't rebooted yet!

Download it, use it! Definitely worth the price... ;)
